All of our items will be sent out within 2 working days via first class recorded delivery, and are insured for £36.00

Items damaged During Delivery     

All of our items are sent in perfect, new condition (unless otherwise stated) and we pack all of our items securely.  We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged in transit via Royal Mail or other courier.  All of our items are sent out using recorded insured delivery, so you are able to claim for a full refund via Royal Mail directly, we are not able to claim on your behalf. The claim form can be found on www.royalmail.com and we will help you with your claim however we can.

Returns & Order Cancellation
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us via email within 5 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further charge.
