Make Up Revolution

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all sales on the Make Up Revolution web site, please read them carefully and if you so require, print a copy for future reference.

Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in pounds sterling (£). We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be completed, you will be offered an alternative product or given a refund.

Authenticity
All of our advertised products are 100% genuine, we may occasionally sell stock originally intended for sale in other countries, hence packaging of products may somtimes differ from those on sale within the UK.

Customer Orders

Delivery
we send all of our items via first class recorded delivery, so that they are fully insured.
VERY IMPORTANT!
A signature will be required on delivery of the goods for all orders.
Please make sure someone will be available to sign for parcels on delivery.


Order Payment
Payment online can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta or Maestro/Switch via Paypal or Nochex

Items damaged During Delivery     

All of our items are sent in perfect, new condition (unless otherwise stated) and we always pack all of our items securely.  We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged in transit via Royal Mail or other courier.  All of our items are sent out using recorded insured delivery, so you are able to claim for a full refund via Royal Mail directly, we are not able to claim on your behalf. The claim form can be found on www.royalmail.com and we will help you with your claim however we can.

Returns

If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us via email within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no furthercharge.

Cancellation of Orders
Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, orders are normally despatched to you within 2 working days of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must contact us immediately. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-

You have a "cooling off period" of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Make Up Revolution. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us

You must contact us to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by recorded delivery, and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods.
 

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights

Order Confirmation
You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with make Up Revolution. We reserve the right to decline any order.


Data Privacy
We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all.

As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
